More details

With close cooperation of patients and good dental hygiene, veneers can last 10 years or longer. You can continue to take care of your teeth in the customary manner, both with electric and manual toothbrushes. However, veneers can only be attached to natural teeth and not to crowns. During the preparation process, we construct a 3D model of your teeth, using our 3D dental scanner. The length of the treatment depends on the number of teeth in questions, which need to be polished and then coated with veneers.

Veneers and grinding of the teeth

If you tend to press your teeth together or grind them, we recommend using a pressure splint after application of the veneer. This prevents too much pressure being applied to your teeth, which could damage or break the coating shell.

Red-white correction

In conjunction with the veneer process, we sometimes correct the red-white balance. This involves removing excess tissue to increase the surface of the teeth and create an aesthetically pleasing and balanced relationship of teeth to gums.
