Fixed dental
prosthetics

Fixed dental prosthetics cover all types of complete or partial replacement of teeth. These include partial crowns, full crowns and bridges, which can be attached to existing teeth for support or dental implants. These fixed options are virtually indistinguishable from your original teeth and are the closest to your natural dental structure, making it possible to fully restore your normal or accustomed way of chewing and speaking.

Removable dental prosthetics (dentures)

Removable dental solutions can be either partial or full dentures and are generally the preferred choice when the existing teeth no longer provide the necessary support for a fixed bridge or if other reasons prevent the use of fixed prosthetics. Usually, your own teeth only require minor sanding with this option. However, it may take a few days to get used to eating with them. If there are wider gaps between the teeth, the existing teeth will be crowned and the missing teeth replaced with removable bridges or partial dentures. These removable components are anchored with telescopic double crowns (telescope prosthetics), in which the primary crown is cemented to the tooth and the secondary crown in anchored into the removable bridge or partial replacement.

This full ceramic reconstruction solution takes up much less time from the planning to the actual implantation and in some cases may be completed in just one sitting.
